A Calgary charity with a surplus of donated bread is handing it over to a local craft brewery to turn into beer. Leftovers Foundation is working with Sidewalk Citizen Bakery and Cold Garden brewery, who will turn the excess sourdough into a special beer, with a portion of proceeds from the sale going to the charity.
