लेप्रोस्कोपिक सर्जरी कैसे होती है?
इस प्रक्रिया में, छोटे-छोटे उपकरण (laparoscopic instruments) पेट में छोटे छेदों (small incisions) के माध्यम से डाले जाते हैं।
फाइब्रॉइड को हटाने के बाद, इसे मोर्सिलेशन तकनीक द्वारा छोटे-छोटे टुकड़ों में काटकर बाहर निकाला जाता है।

सर्जरी के दौरान होने वाले कट (Incisions):
अधिकतम 4 छोटे कट किए जाते हैं।
पहला कट लगभग 10 मिमी (1 सेमी) का होता है, जो आमतौर पर नाभि के नीचे किया जाता है।
अन्य 3-4 कट, जो प्रत्येक 5 मिमी के होते हैं, पेट के विभिन्न हिस्सों में किए जाते हैं।
सर्जरी के बाद रिकवरी (Recovery Process):
मरीज को खाली पेट अस्पताल में भर्ती किया जाता है और आमतौर पर अगले दिन या परसों तक छुट्टी दे दी जाती है।
यह प्रक्रिया मरीज की आरामदायक स्थिति को प्राथमिकता देती है, जिससे वह एक हफ्ते के अंदर अपनी सामान्य दिनचर्या फिर से शुरू कर सकता है।
क्योंकि यह एक मिनिमली इनवेसिव सर्जरी (छोटे कटों वाली प्रक्रिया) है, इसलिए पेट के अंदर के अंगों में चिपकने का खतरा बहुत कम होता है।

Fibroid surgery, also known as Laparoscopic Myomectomy, is considered the gold standard and best method for removing fibroids. Unless the fibroids are extremely large or the surgery is expected to be highly complicated, laparoscopic surgery is the preferred technique.

How is Laparoscopic Surgery Performed?
In this procedure, small instruments (laparoscopic tools) are inserted into the abdomen through tiny incisions (small holes).
Once the fibroid is removed, it is extracted using the morcellation technique, which breaks it down into smaller pieces before removal.

Incisions Made During Surgery:
A maximum of four small incisions are made.
The first incision is approximately 10 mm (1 cm) and is usually placed below the navel.
The other three to four incisions, each 5 mm in size, are made in different areas of the abdomen.
Post-Surgery Recovery Process:
The patient is admitted on an empty stomach and is usually discharged the next day or within two days.
This procedure ensures maximum patient comfort, allowing them to resume their normal routine within a week.
Since this is a minimally invasive surgery (requiring only small cuts), the risk of internal organ adhesion is significantly reduced.
