Enable Email Read Receipt in Outlook | How to Track Emails in Outlook

Email read receipt/ tracking emails on Outlook is useful when you want to know the recipient. Outlook has an in-built email delivery and read receipt option, but this doesn't work with all the recipients' mail servers.

So, in this video, I have explained the free and best method for email-read receipts. With the email read receipts, it has the option to track link clicks; also, it tracks the responses to the email. You can set a trigger if the recipient doesn't reply within a duration, then you will get a notification in your inbox, and you can send a reminder if you need to.

I have used the Boomerang add-on for Microsoft Outlook. This is free to use for email read receipts, and tracking clicks. It is the best free tool for this purpose.

How to use it:
1. Get the add-on inside your Outlook application. It also works with Outlook Web.
2. Enable the Boomerang add-on by logging in with the Microsoft account.
3. When you write a new email, you can click on the add-on option to enable the read receipt or link click tracking for that email.

The best part is that it honors the privacy of the recipients. This means the receiver can opt out of the email tracking in one click. The next time the email reads, the receipt will not work for that particular receiver.
