Today's video is a little window into how I bring herbalism through herbal infusions (daily) into my life for health and wellness.

I believe anyone can be an herbalism for themselves and take their own healing into their own hands. This doesn't mean we don't ask for help or partake in modern medicine. That is a personal decision. I myself use both in my daily life. I became an herbalist long ago but have been rediscovering the secrets herbalism can bring to my craft and my health.

I will be sharing more on slow living and herbalism as well as the magick of living closely with plants through the next year. It is kinda what I do and it such a big part of my life. The happiness I have found when living closely with plants is something I simply have to share because it has brought me such joy! My hope is you take a drink of that joy too!

Herbal Infusion: Most Herbs need a cold-hot bath 4-6 hours. The ratio is 2 oz to a half gallon of water. Yes, you need to weigh it if you want to be consistent and safe. Strain and refrigerate. This will last 3-4 days in the fridge.
