Ever wanted to be killed by rat diseases in world war one? Conscript lets you live the fantasy of thinking you can make friends with copse eating rats and them trying to eat very much not a corpse yet you while you are walking around. Also you have to fight a bunch of guys in scary masks, sometimes there's gas attacks and bombs, yeah yeah yeah, the rats are everywhere though and they grow in number the longer you are in an area.

Honestly thought this game was fine, but it did go on for a while more than it should have. I also think the spooky factor was not leaned into very hard, most of the game is the general horrors of war with only little bits of exaggeration. They didn't really get that weird with it and I wished they did, but oh well, what's here was fun to play.
