Micro Happy Notes are the perfect size and they fit so well in our hands. So they are the perfect size for a personal planner.

In this video I review how I made my tiny micro sized planner and show what I added to it. It looks like a typical planner only micro sized! Perfect for my EDC. :) And I shopped my stash to build it.

Also, I know that the sheet I couldn't remember was called VELUM! hahahaha Is't YouTube brain silly?

I also show how (and why) I created my food diary. I had decided to set three goals for each month - starting in March - and explain how I go about accomplishing them. This food diary was part of March's process. And boy howdy it is a success! I never knew how much food I was putting into my body. It was a real eye opener to say the least. lol
