Here is a summary of the 2024 State of Origin Series to my NRL song On Fire.
History was made. Only the 3rd time to win a decider at Lang Park.
Madge went back to the future to the 1985 side where my uncle Steve Mortimer first lifted the trophy for NSW. The "Spirit of Turvey" was born.
Madge invited us in twice to sing for the blues, firstly at the Blues ball then at their private function before game 3 at the SCG.
This song ON FIRE was used during the series.
