Already registered with an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC)? Discover how to effortlessly link your existing ARC details to Texecom Monitor with our step-by-step tutorial. Optimize your security system monitoring capabilities with ease!

Step-by-Step Guide to Linking Your Existing ARC:
Log in to Texecom Cloud with your installer administrator account.
Navigate to Texecom Monitor.
Click on Available ARCs.
Select the ARC of your choice.
If you are an existing user for this ARC, click “I have an existing account with this ARC.”
Complete the on-screen form with your existing ARC details (not your Texecom Cloud installer ID).
Submit the form.
You will receive a confirmation email once the ARC registration is completed.
You are now ready to use this ARC once a connection template is configured.
