In this video, Dr Kanchan Sharma will tell you about Morning tea according to your body type, what to avoid and what to take.


For Vata dosha imbalance:
You can drink milk tea, and add ginger and black pepper. You can also enjoy the masala milk tea.

For Pitta Dosha Imbalance:
You should avoid tea in the morning. You should start taking cold items. You can start taking coriander and fennel water, take 1 cup of water add 1/2 teaspoon of coriander seed and 1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds into this leave overnight your coriander and fennel water will be ready.

For Kapha Dosha Imbalance:
You should Avoid Milk tea and replace it with Arjun tea. Take 1 and a half cups of water now add 1 teaspoon of Arjun powder, 2 pinches of carom seeds and 1/2 inch of cinnamon stick. Boil them together, then just strain it and let it cool after cooling add 1/2 teaspoon of honey in it until your tea is ready. You can also drink green tea and herbal tea just don't add honey to the hot tea always let it cool.
