Is Malaysia's legal system adequate to protect us? And why do we need a Sexual Harassment Act?

Mr. Yu Ren Chung from Women's Aid Organisation (WAO) explains the limitations of policy framework on sexual harassment and how a Sexual Harassment Act could address these limitations.

We need a Sexual Harassment Act to keep us safe and protected from all forms of sexual harassment, including cyber sexual harassment. We hope that the government table the Sexual Harassment Bill as promised this year.
