Want to add some texture to your bedroom without having to spend much time or money?
This is very simple DIY using embroidery hoops and left over rattan webbing from a previous project.
Tying rooms together can be as easy as using the same elements in different ways: using the same colour for example as a contrast wall, or the same fabric but in different furniture pieces. This gives a place a sense of harmony - in this case, I use the rattan webbing I previously used to restore some old chairs, which are now sitting in the dining room. This will make our bedroom coincide with the rest of the house.

I love the texture that the lamps give the room when they are on - the shadows on the wall make the room seem very cozy!

All honesty, this Small Reno Project took me 45 minutes to complete. New material costs: $50.00 including the lamp from Target.
