Dinner:
Parmesan Potatoes (I don't follow specific measurements)
-Potatoes
-Olive Oil
-Salt + Pepper
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Smoked Paprika
-Parsley
-Butter
-Parmesan
Dice potatoes into chunks. Sprinkle with the seasonings listed above. Take some melted butter and add it to parmesan to create a paste. Flatten the paste on a tray. Try to make it very thin, if its too thick the base will not get crunchy. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until the cheese looks dark brown. Let cool for at least 5 minutes to harden.

Arugula
-Arugula
-Lemon + lime juice (dont go too heavy with these)
-Salt + Pepper
-Shaved Parmesan
-Truffle oil

Parmesan Garlic Chicken
-Chicken thighs
-Olive Oil
-Salt + Pepper
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Smoked Paprika
-Parmesan
-Garlic
-Butter
-Parsley
Cube the chicken. Add all of the seasonings listed above minus the last 4. Skewer them, then bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Combine the butter, garlic, parmesan and parsley in a bowl. Then remove the chicken, brush the mixture on top, then place back in the oven for another 5-10mins.
