Yahar! We are off to the era of the high seas, scallywags and plunder again! Pirates of the Caribbean reignited the passion for pirates in many people. Halloween has accepted it as one of the themes that people love to build. As for me? I have always wanted a full-sized pirate canon; a prop that could be the centrepiece of a pirate themed build, or bring a flair to a regular room year round. This prop is a bit more advanced, as working with large blocks of styrofoam needs (at least in my case) a large bandsaw that can cut the foam all at once. This will be a awesome prop when complete but since it is a bit more involved than usual, I need to break it into several parts. Enjoy!
