2kg chicken biriyani preparing method:

1. soak rice one hour before.
2. 500 grams onions keep fried.
3. corindal leaves and mint leaves.
4.cut chicken as pieces as you like it.

for biriyani chicken how to prepare.

1.take corindal and mint leaves.
2.ginger and garlic paste 2 table spoon.
3.turmeric powder 1gram.
4.1 tea spoon geera powder.
5.take salt as you like.

7.kasoori menthi 1gram.
8.biryani kaccha masala.
9. take grind lightly cinnamon 4 pieces and 4 anasa puvvu 4 pieces and japatri half piece and jajkaya half piece and 2 pieces lavanga and 5 pieces lavangalu.
10. 200 grams oils
11. 500 grams fried onions.
12.take 3 leamon.
13. 400 grams curd.

take all and mix in chicken and soak 1/2 hour.

for boiling rice ingredents.

1.take 6ltr water.
2.take 3 green chilli,2 pieces biryani leaves, 4 pieces dalchina chakka,4 pieces lavanga, 4 pieces elachi,4 pieces japatri, 4 pieces star puvvulu,4 teaspoon sasjeera,salt as you like.
3.take boliled water and take in chicken mix.
4.take rice in boiled water.

We have to take boiled rice as 3 layers.

1st layer 25% boiled rice.
2nd layer 60% boiled rice.
3rd layer 95% entire boiled rice.

Decorate before dumed briyani with fried onions,corindal leaves and mint leaves.

cover biriyani and dum with full frame 15 mins,slow frame 7 mins. within total 22 mins dum biryani is will be ready and serve after 10 mins.
