On 1 July 2014, more than 3,000 SAF regulars,Operationally Ready National Servicemen, and full-time National Servicemen attended the SAF Day Parade held at the SAFTI Military Institute. There, they recited the SAF pledge and reaffirmed their commitment to the defence of Singapore.
