How to use subliminals :

This video contains affirmations that are transmitted subliminally to the subconscious mind (to bypass the critical conscious mind) through audio masked with white noise (static sound). 

Subliminal programming needs repetition, you need to listen multiple times a day. I like to listen to subliminals in 2 sessions a day and multiple times per session, do what works for your schedule. 

You can listen while doing something else, no need to focus on the video. You can even listen while sleeping. 

Speakers or earphones are fine (make sure no one is around when listening on speaker). Listen in a comfortable volume. 

You may notice your reality changing within a week. Use daily for at least a month (the more the better) for full effect.
