Brandon Mitchell, Juror #52 in the Chauvin Trial, the man who immediately sprang out off the jury to tell his story, forgot to mention the part that he lied about his questionnaire and only wanted to be an activist. He attended BLM rallies in the lead up to the Trial, said he didn't. He said he could be impartial, owned a political shirt and made several statements to the contrary. Eric Nelson, Chauvin's Defense Attorney, has filed the necessary paperwork to begin the appeal process. Now that he has made his story known, the Legal community is weighing in.

A man who has been down this road plenty is saying this is grounds for a mistrial. Alan Dershowitz, says "Without a doubt" this is grounds for a mistrial and should involve the United States Supreme Court. This trial gets weirder and weirder.
