24 MINUTE FULL BODY EMOM WORKOUT (BODYWEIGHT AND DUMBBELL WORKOUT) EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE // Today we’re doing an EMOM workout where we’ll be hitting out back to back exercises every minute on the minute. We have split this workout into 2 parts. The first 16 minutes of the workout we will be completing EMOM 1 before switching to a bodyweight EMOM 2 for the final 8 minutes of the workout. Both will include 4 exercises each and the prescribed reps will be on the screen so you can follow along to this EMOM workout with me.

Don’t forget to get thoroughly warmed up before this EMOM workout and let’s get started:

EMOM 1 (first 16 minutes of the workout)
Dumbbell deadlifts x 12
Alt arm shoulder press x 24
Bicycle abs x 60
Low plank with hip dips x 30

EMOM 2 (final 8 minutes of the workout)
Bodyweight squats x 24
Press ups x 20
Double leg lowers x 15
Slow mountain climbers x 30
