This 2 Cheese Asparagus Tart recipe is best with baby asparagus when in season but can easily be made any time of the year. When using regular asparagus I like to use the thinnest stalks I can find. This Asparagus tart is incredible tasting with hints of garlic and fresh parmesan cheese and it looks so darn impressive. Ingredients
• 1/2 bunch of freshly picked baby asparagus, can use reg asparagus but the thinner the better (washed)
• 2 cloves of garlic, minced
• ½ cup of cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
• 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed and cut in half
• ¼ tsp Salt and pepper
