Hi! I'm Christian, I wanted to stop by to introduce myself, and also ask you for your help. I happen to be the great-grandnephew of @NBA co-founder & 24-second #shotclock co-creator, @LeoFerrisNBA. 

 

Even though Leo co-created the shot-clock, the rule that helped save the NBA, the Naismith refuses to induct him...and he deserved it decades ago! Leo is the founder of @AtlHawks franchise and went on to assemble the #Syracuse Nationals team that won the NBA Championship, that franchise is now called the @sixers

 

Leo had a fatal genetic disorder called Huntington's disease that robbed him of the ability to speak for himself.  Some have said it’s like having Alzheimer’s, ALS, & Parkinson’s, all at the same time. It’s the same disease that all three of his children inherited. So now I’ve taken on the family mission to speak up for Uncle Leo and help him finally get the recognition he deserves.
