With your fish tank set up, if you pay more do you really get more? When setting up a new aquarium or upgrading an existing one do you tend to buy the best regardless of cost or do you look for bargains, used items and less expensive alternatives? Does buying the best really matter? Does it really provide our fish with superior living conditions? Do we go cheap or expensive. That's the question I tackle in this video. I'm not so sure paying extra and buying the most expensive with some items matters but there is one item on my list where, I think, we should NEVER CUT CORNERS and ALWAYS GET THE BEST!

Always do extensive research before setting up a tank or making changes in an established tank. Get input from multiple sources then make up your own mind about what is right. It's a fluid situation and what works for one person might not work for you.
