The founder of Lights On® Academy, Julia Black, talks about keys that set children up for incredible learning: passion, mindset, and time.⁠ ⁠ She talks about her educational framework, Lights On®, which involves a family's transformation towards learning and not only the child. The framework is based on neuroscience, project-based learning, and real-world learning. Julia helps families find the right level of structure in order for creativity to thrive and become motivated, engaged, and passionate learners.

Julia is a mother of two and a certified neuro-coach who supports parents, so they can lead their children to become exponential learners. She believes in every child’s right to learn in their own unique way. Her big vision in this time of education evolution is to get Lights On® into the lives of 10 million families by 2025.
