Create Local Account :

Press Shift F10 to Open Command Prompt and type :

start ms-cxh:localonly

Command :

Dism /Capture-Image /ImageFile:"wimPath" /CaptureDir:"path" /Name:"" /Description:"" /Compress:max

eg : Dism /Capture-Image /ImageFile:D:\install.wim /CaptureDir:C:\ /Name:"Windows 11 Custom" /Description:"x64" /Compress:max

With D being the Data drive and C being the drive that contains Windows
