Please note: This is not a review, its my personal opinion based on the tech specs and information available online.

Some of the main differences are:

Vu the Premium Series 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Google TV 2023 now comes with Google TV over the LG Web OS which was available in the 2022 model.
Vu the Premium Series 4K Ultra HD Smart LED Google TV 2023 now offers 50W sound output while there is only 40W sound output in the 2022 model.
