Catching A Child Predator | Victor Galarza

Victor Galarza, a sex tourist from New York City, traveled to Colombia to engage in illicit acts with minors. He would target girls between 14 and 16 years old from low-income neighborhoods. Galarza would film the encounters and then upload them to popular porn sites. Galarza had no interest in girls over the age of 18, making the videos he recorded and released online Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and therefore both highly illegal and sickening.

On May 24, 2022, Victor Galarza was sentenced to 17.5 years in federal prison.
