BRINJAL-11
For masala-
1.5 dry coconut
3 onions
12 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
1/2 cup roasted peanuts
lemon size tamarind
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 sp red chilli powder
1 sp cumin powder
1 sp coriender powder
1 sp garam masla powder
salt
For stuffed brinjal-
5 sp ground masala
gramflour- 3 tbsp
salt
1 sp red chilli powder

For masala baigan-
1 cup ground masala
1 sp cumin
2 green chillis
pinch of hing (asafetida)
few curry leaves
1 chopped onion
1 tomato
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 sp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp corinder powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
salt
chopped coriender.
