I picked up this "Intellivision 25" TV Plug 'n Play system for free from a recycling drop off at work.

I can't find any exact details on this one but I believe it came out sometime around 2005 to 2006 or the same time as many other similar TV Plug 'n Play systems. Like most of the others it runs off of 4x AA batteries and has hard wired composite mono AV cables but this one has 25 built in Intellivision games!

Although I can't confirm it, I'm pretty sure this one also uses an NES on a Chip or "NOAC" to emulate re-programed versions of the Intellivision classics. Basically these are ports of the originals designed to run in NES emulation. The hardcore Intellivision experts will tell you these play faster than the originals and they'll also tell you to avoid these Nintendo emulation based Plug 'n Play systems in general. It's hard to recommend this to anyone other than those who like Plug 'n Plays and want a taste of the old Intellivision experience without dealing with the real hardware or other software based emulation on a PC. If you just want a trip down memory lane and you haven't played these games in over a decade you may not notice the differences in the emulation of these ports anyway.

Oh yeah and these still sell for about $20 on Amazon but I've seen them used at many thrift stores for cheaper than that.
