Latin American Response to COVID-19: A Webinar with Dr. Ricardo Fábrega

Dr. Ricardo Fábrega, Regional Adviser of Health Services Delivery at the Pan American Health Organization, spoke from Lima on the ramifications of the current pandemic and its effects on Latin American communities and health systems.

Duke student group Desarrolla, which strives to contribute to the development of Latin America by encouraging partnerships between the Duke University community and entities on the continent, organized the event, which was co-sponsored by the Center for Latin American and Caribbean Studies (CLACS) and the Duke University Center for International and Global Studies (DUCIGS)/Rethinking Diplomacy Program.
