The Sunray Legendary Revolver Location - Dying Light The Beast

It’s in the Villa Area (map region with Golden Pine Park).
More precisely, in the Abandoned Rocker House safe (north of the Vanity Store Dark Zone).

Travel to the Villa Area, go to Golden Pine Park, then move toward the two isolated houses in the northeast part. Pick the top one.
Enter through a window to get inside the house.
Go to the bathroom; inside, there will be a dead body holding a power fuse. There’s a zombie that attacks when you enter this room—defeat it first. Loot the fuse.
Exit outside and locate the basement hatch / entrance (underground bunker/hatch). Go down into the basement.
In the basement, there’s a fuse box with a burnt fuse. Replace it with the fuse you collected. That restores power to this underground area.
Once the power is on, move into the room to your right. Opposite the dining table in that room, look for a small vent opening / breach in the wall. Through there, you’ll find a locked safe.
Use the code 2-2-19 on the safe to open it. Inside is the Sunray Legendary Revolver (plus some revolver ammo).
