Will Shu founded food delivery company Deliveroo in 2013 and scaled it from a team of five to a global $2bn tech business in just under five years. Going from a team of two to a team of two thousand in five and half years has been great, but of courses poses its own challenges – especially operating across thirteen countries. You need, Shu says, to understand your customers, and to embrace new ideas.
