February 23 commerates the start of the Battle of the Alamo which lasted until March 6, 1836. The 13 day seige led to Texas independence from Mexico and allowed Texas to become it's own state until joining the US in 1845. Lets take a look around this historic battle ground and watch some live demonstrations as well.
