Switzerland - Dangerous walk on Frozen Lake Sils (Silsersee) Graubünden | 4K 60p

Winter season and the frozen Lake Sils (Silsersee) of Switzerland - the largest and the most scenic lake of the upper Engadine lakes in the canton of Graubünden. Depending on temperatures and weather conditions, Lake Sils freezes between the end of December and mid-January. We are exploring it during the winter season when it started to freeze. The walk and vibes around the frozen lake is just speechless, especially when you start exploring over the frozen part. In this video, we are expecting to offer you something different to perceive, immerse and enjoy :)
WARNING: Walking or skating on the frozen ice is always at your own risk! Please note that Lake Sils and Lake Silvaplana are not evenly frozen over - the thickness of the ice can vary from time to time!

When Lake Sils freezes, it offers space for numerous ice activities. On certain days in January and March, you can do a spot of ice fishing on Lake Sils, or simply watch the fishermen at work. Snowsnow hiking, Ice bathing and Ice diving is also enjoyed with caution. https://www.sils.ch/en/guide/activities
