In this video we're going over a few signs your ex is trying to make you jealous. Usually this is because your ex is still emotionally entwined with you and they are trying to get a reaction out of you to try to "win" in the competition of "whoever cares the least controls the relationship."

I don't agree with this philosophy, but there are a lot of people who do believe this, so this is a dynamic that may be playing out between you and your ex.

That is potentially why your ex is trying to make you jealous.

Your ex may also be doing this because they are trying to get back together with you. And they are trying to compel you into interacting with you in order for them to confirm that you are also interested in them.
