This is such a great reminder that no matter what or who you are surrounded by to remember that in one moment you can stop for a second and actually choose your higher octave thought feeling or experience.
Instead of being immediately influenced or reactive to another’s energy just to stop for one second and ask what is the higher octave choice? What do I really want to experience next? Isn’t it more love or peace in next moment? Yes it is! So exhale what you just digested or was hit with! Exhale that out! Now breathe in fully! Now breathe in fully again! And in your full self your higher self now fully embodied self fully aware in this next moment now -what are you choosing next?
I am going to be choosing the highest octave thought that is available to me!
I am going to be choosing the highest octave feeling that is available to me!
I am going to be living the highest octave experience that is available to me right now!
Yes right now!
And then right now again!

No matter who or what I encounter
No matter how much I love them or even want to help them
No matter what is happening in this moment or next moment
Remember to breathe and choose
Do not immediately forget your power in the moment
Or give your power away before even knowing you do have some
No matter how fast quick or urgent something feels to you
No matter who or what is telling you or trying to push or pull you
You can take a moment to exhale, then inhale and choose!

Give yourself a moment
To become fully there
Standing in your fullest power available
Standing in the most awareness of the moment
Using all the divine wisdom you know you have and have access to
See all the potentials laid out for you and the projectory
And choose the best thought feeling experience you would like now!
