No Power Nintendo Switch | Missing Capacitor Causing Issues?!

Today we take a look at a Nintendo Switch purchased on Ebay for $85.00. The Nintendo Switch fault was that it didn't power on, and it wasn't showing ANY signs of life when plugging in a charger. Usually you kind of tell what the issue is when using an Amp Meter, but today I was presented with a new issue!
