Packing Homeless Care Kits : What To Include & Why?

A lot of you know that the issue of homelessness is one that is near and dear to our hearts. In today's Vlogmas video I'm showing you what we include in the homeless care kits we give away, why we LOVE giving away socks, and other things you could give out. I also talk about some best practices, and other things we've learned from being involved in this community.

Remember, smile and make eye contact! It's amazing how important and caring this is. We all need to be reminded of our value and humanity, and this simple act can do just that!

Items we typically include:
2 pairs of Bombas socks
Medicated Chapstick
Chewy Protein Bar
Gloves
Hot Hands Hand Warmers
Disinfecting Wipes
Travel First Aid Kit

Other Items You Could Include:
Gift Cards to McDonalds, Starbucks, Etc.
Bananas
Sun Block
Toothbrush and Tooth paste
Mask
Hat
Encouraging note
Instant Coffee Packets
Other Personal Hygiene Items like feminine products, deodorant, comb, etc.
