Step 1: Warm-up (Dynamic warm-up, means your moving all the time, no static holding stretches)
Step 2: Juggling game: Two touch limit, no knee/thigh allowed. Play till last player is left without making mistake.
Step 3: Dribbling through cones, pass to your teammates one touch, then set yourself up for a shot at goal!
Step 4: Crossing exercise: Each player touch the ball once, then one deep player plays the winger on the sideline into the corner. Three player's crash the box to score making sure to cover front post, back post, and rebound outside the box.
Step 5: Team volley drill has each player touch the ball before the last man setups the first passer for a strike at goal. Can be hit from the air or one bounce if it's far away.
Step 6: Hit that like button, and share with your friends!
