Inkbird Sous Vide to make BEER? First Impressions - Nightfall Black Saison

So I tried using the Inkbird Sous Vide Stick to help control my mash temperature while making the Nightfall Black Saison from ‪@NorthernBrewerTV‬. It was a bit more work than usual but it did work and the beer came out great as usual. This beer is one of my all time favorites. It's flavor is very unique, unlike anything I've ever had before.
