CHICKEN SALAD by Mama Sue | Quick Lunch Idea | Southern Cooking

I've had several requests for chicken salad. Today I made some after having cooked too much chicken for another recipe. This is one dish that can be fixed to your preference. Today mine was very simple. It's great when I add pineapple, apples, and pecans. However, it was very tasty with just what I had on hand. I hope you will try this by using the ingredients that you like. It's good to eat with crackers, on a croissant, pita, or plain bread.
