This is yoga for when you are low on energy, needing to recharge, or just plain tired...
Practising when feeling tired can offer a much needed rest break in the midst or maybe at the end of your day. And it's sometimes easier to take this break with a guided practice.
This gentle and slow sequence includes only seated and lying down poses and movements, and I will encourage you to truly listen to your own energy levels and not to push yourself. This is often easier said than done, but that's why we practise ☺️ This practice is an invitation to take it easy and skip the things that feel like too much effort today.
A bolster or pillows or a couple of blocks will be helpful in this practice - at least for the Supported Bridge at the end of the sequence.
"Yoga is not a workout, it's a work-in". Yoga can offer us time, space and suitable conditions for checking in with ourselves on how we feel and what we need in that moment to feel okay. Yoga can offer us clarity. Beyond that, yoga can offer us tools for being okay with what we're feeling and accepting the things that we can't change.
