Star Citizen 3.24 Hauling Intro with Vulkan API on a 7900 XT

In this video I run through a basic hauling mission. I'm using the new Vulkan API so you should notice less big hitches. There is still a small amount of jitter and frame dropping, but it's noticeably better than the old DX11 API.
