Edit Talking Head Videos Punchier & Faster in Premiere Pro

I made this tutorial for students in my YouTube Video Production class as I found they were taking quite a bit of time editing some of their talking head videos.

The rundown:
Quickkeys-
Zoom Out & In - 1 & 2
1 Frame Left & Right - D & F
Rewind, Stop, Forward - 4, 5, 6

Use the audio track to guide you, take out the smallest of gaps (utilizing the Q & R quickkeys), and try to keep your left hand on the left side of the keyboard and your right hand on your mouse or trackpad.
