[00:00:07] Ok, this is Urban Station, you saw the exterior. Here's the here's Urban Station Road. And there's not many houses on here and they're all quite nice high, high end houses to great neighborhood and not sure exactly how far it is from Danville. But I'm going to guess it's less than four miles. So maybe two, three miles as the crow flies is probably just about a mile and half away. You come and you cross the little creek here. All right. That's the Salt River. So you cross over there in a little private bridge and you just come right on up the driveway. There's a circle driveway that comes right on around. Back out, Benway. [00:00:46] I will show you the workshop, which is great. There's plenty of room for some stalls in there. And I'll take pictures in there as well. A property line goes up to where those trees are. Not these trees, but those trees. You'll see that on the plant and you'll see it when you get here. And then it goes all the way in the back. There is a little antenna way in the back there. It's sticking up. It's like it's right there just to the left of those trees. There's a little antenna thing. That's the corner property line. It's 23-acres, I believe that goes right down around here. Here's the back of the house where the patio is, which is wonderful. Lots of good fun. Wine and cheese times there. So let's walk around. I'll show you what we got going on here.
[00:01:41] This very little lawn to mow if you wanted to mow and then put the fence for the horses or whatever up close or cattle and you could, you know, have to mow anything in the back. Here's that image that you saw originally at the beginning of this video. It's just absolutely beautiful. This this little cellar goes in. I would put a wine cellar in there. I mean, just put a wine cellar in there. I cannot tell you how beautiful that would make. Beautiful space that would make to just go and share some good times.
[00:04:11] The former owners are cabinet makers. So it was handmade here, right on the property in that workshop. It's got one of those shaker peg racks that goes around. And the previous owner was Gourmet Cook. So everything is done, done right. And really setup for a real working kitchen. This huge sink, all one piece, you can fit any sized pan in there. And then 5-star stovetop and then built an oven. Oh, I wanted to point out this spot here. Know it's perfect little working area for your laptop or good place to come and just read. There's a gorgeous cabin and again, I wish it wasn't built and it would be in my house. I can tell you that. Love it. These are handmade cherry. Former owners built these.
[00:05:31] Now, this is the what I would consider the bowels of the of the kitchen workings. This is the mudroom. And here you've got a washer and dryer freezer. I'm not sure. I have no idea of any of that conveys. So check with the listing and check with the with the agent. Check with Ken on that. But what a great place for your freezer and whatnot and place for dog food or whatever you got. Just wonderful. And then it's a port with windows here, too, to block any wind or rain, something you can pull right up to this door so you can bring your groceries in wind and rain free.
[00:07:39] Little half bath here. And log all the way up. This is just so nice. So many details in this house. This is copper. Copper. Plumbing pipe. And it's really elegant. It's, you know, it's kind of lofty and artsy and just great. I love the feel of that. Let's go to the master closet here. The master bedroom. Get a bath on suite here, which has tub and a shower in the hopper and a vanity. And that's what that looks like. You'll see that in the stills as well. Another closet.
