Unpacking video without pause & cuts is a must for any complaints, If any damage, it should be clearly noticed in the video itself

*If any returns, we cannot arrange pick up for the parcel and we return one way charges only.

🌸Slight colour variation may be possible in some collection due to photography & camera* resolution , no exchange for little variations.

🌸Small thread pulls, small zari cuts,Small miss print in handloom sarees are common, so they are not treated as damages.

🌸Dispatches will be done on alternate days in DTDC , if any urgent order please inform us in advance. On Request we do dispatches in India post, but we are not responsible for Delay or Missed parcels in India post
