So AD Thresh Top has gained a lot of AD and HP items like Titanic Hydra and Hullbreaker in Season 14 to get lots of powerful tank and bruiser options and be quite the raidboss. Though these items are lacking in DPS compared to the on-hit items, being able to essentially burst with Titanic Hydra's auto-reset alongside the 200% AD Ratio on his passive is usually quite enough... usually.

Thresh Top Runes (Recommended for aggression, experienced play. Fleet Footwork can be used when newer or want a safer lane)

Press The Attack
Presence of Mind
Legend: Bloodline (AD, take Alacrity if you take BOTRK early, or if you play AP)
Coup De Grace or Last Stand

Second Wind vs poke / Bone Plating against early game burst and fighters
Overgrowth if need a huge tank / Revitalize against poke / Unyielding tenacity for overwhelming CC or you need Plated Steelcaps instead of Mercs (though merc treads is usually enough)
