Beans and sausages prepared by Mr. Dusko Jeromela on our tactical field kitchen N250 with non-retractable elements.

Mobile field kitchen or feldkuche is designed for both on-road and off-road conditions, equipped to serve up to 400 meals.

Equipment: gas burner for field kitchen, boiling pan 150 lit, grill top and fryer, auxilaries.

Instructions setup the trailer, setup and connect gas brenners/burners, fill the boiling tanks with water, prepare the ingredients, put the beans in boiling pan and add ingredients respectively, mix the boiling water and beans often, prepare the sausage and connect grill with the gas burner, use the grill top to prepare sausages.... serve the meals... bon apetit !
