Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said that there are two blessings in which many people are deceived and broken (and both those blessings) are health and relaxation. (Heater)

Description:
One of the blessings mentioned above is health, that is, the protection of the body from diseases and the other blessing is to be free from the worries of time, to be free from the worries and anxieties of work, so there is no shortage of people in the world who care about their negligence. Because of these two blessings are not valued and in their case they deceive themselves and let them go free. He loses his possessions for free and bears the loss. Therefore, in this glorious instruction, there is an expression of longing and sorrow for those who do not take full advantage of these blessings, except that they do not work for the good of religion and the world during their health and well-being, nor in their spare time. Knowing the spoils of war, they turn their attention to the affairs of the Hereafter. At the moment they value these blessings and they feel how we have wasted precious opportunities and this saying. النعمۃ اذا فقادت عرفت (that the value of the blessing is when it goes away) becomes the case.



It is narrated from Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Remember, the world is cursed (ie the world has been turned away from Allah because it keeps people away from Allah). Also cursed (ie the things of the world which are oblivious to the remembrance of Allah have been declared as runa dargah). (Tirmidhi, Ibn Majah)
