Hi everyone,
This is just a short video which proves that the heat output on your 3000w SupaWarm Heavy Duty Fan Heater is perfectly fine. There have been a few enquiries where customers are concerned the heat output from these heaters feels somewhat cool. As you can see, the laser thermometer shows the heating element is kicking out almost 170 degrees of heat.

Please be assured these are big powerful products which gradually increase the ambient temperature in the room they are used in, which is ideal for larger spaces such as warehouses. At full power they draw 3000 watts out of the socket they're plugged in to, so whatever you do, don't leave these heaters on for prolonged periods, and definitely do not leave them unattended, as they can quote often get very warm around the plug.

Also, something you must NEVER do is plug these heaters in to an extension lead or a multi-gang plug, this is due to the reason above - 3000 watts is pretty much the maximum that a UK socket can give out, so any other appliances drawing any more current out of a single socket would be dangerous and could cause an electrical fire.

If you need any more information or have any further questions, please feel free to send me an email and I will do all I can to help.

Most importantly, I do not do refunds/replacements. You did not buy your product from me. If you are looking down the route of replacing your product or getting a refund, please contact the store where the product was purchased from.
