90 Day Reset

Honestly in the beginning I wouldn’t dare film this not because of the honesty as much but because how rough/inflamed I look compared to last year. Honestly embarrassing, but I take full responsibility for doing this to myself.

I didn’t have a good support system around me, I was depressed and mentally struggling. Honestly from the messages I’ve gotten, there are many others that feel the same way.

Took a while to restore the belief in myself and make the biggest bet of my life… on ME.

I told myself if I don’t film this I’m deleting all social media because what’s the point to all this if we can’t show the worst parts also.

So here we go, completely raw… no BS, today is sober day #1 in almost a year. First day of cardio and eating clean, prioritizing health for 90 days to see what is possible.

We will be doing update videos each week, answering questions and documenting the whole process of building back better in 90 days.
