Interspecific interactions are the relationships and interactions between different species living together in a shared habitat, such as competition, predation, and symbiosis. Competition involves species vying for resources, while predation entails one species consuming another. Symbiosis involves long-term relationships, including parasitism (one benefits, the other suffers), mutualism (both benefit), and commensalism (one benefits, the other remains unaffected).
